Standard Academy of Insurance & Management Ltd (SAIM) was founded in 1998 with the mission to provide top quality insurance training to insurance professionals, intermedaries and industry staff.
In the early years, the company focused on insurance training of Employees Compensation, Motor, Public Liability and other classes. In 2002, the company aligned its strategic focus on Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses to insurance intermediary. Now Standard Academy has become the leading insurance training institute in exploration and development of the new curriculum of insurance CPD training courses, that hopefully suit the daily needs of insurance persons.
We have been repeatedly invited by global insurance institutions like QBE, Prudential, Falcon, AON, New York Life, ManuLife and GAMA to deliver various CPD courses to their clients, staff, agents, brokers and business partners. The total number of participants in our courses exceeds 20,000 persons.

Our insurance trainers are professional insurance experts with insurance experience over twenty years. All of them are Chartered Insurance Practitioners awarded by the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK. The lecturers of our inter-personal or sales skills are either experienced insurance salesperson or experienced business practitioners with formal counselling qualifications.
